We’re located in Orlando, FL, though we don’t have a physical storefront just yet. You can place orders through our online store for either shipping or local pick-up. Pick-up orders are available in the Oviedo area!
We bake each order fresh, just for you! Your cookies are prepared and processed on Friday and will be shipped out on Monday, taking 3-4 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping company.

It depends! We strive to fulfill orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. If your order has already been printed for shipping and fulfillment, we won’t be able to make any modifications
Our cookies can be kept in the same sealed packaging for up to one (1) week.
If you’d like to save them for later, Freeze them in their original sealed packaging or an airtight container for up to 2 months. When you’re ready to enjoy them warm and soft, bake the frozen items (after removing the packaging) in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.

We take great care to minimize cross-contamination, but we do use the same equipment and utensils for all our baked goods.
Please be aware that our production area processes wheat, nuts, eggs, and dairy, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

All of our products are crafted from high-quality ingredients, free from preservatives, and made fresh.

At Cuki Bakehouse, we aim to deliver the highest quality and freshest products. However, due to the perishable nature of our items, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Since we cannot control how our products are handled during shipping and storage after delivery, all sales are final.

If your order is undelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement. Additionally, if the courier has made multiple delivery attempts and you haven’t collected your item, resulting in its return, we also cannot offer a refund or replacement.

We ship every Monday using UPS for deliveries within the USA and USPS for Puerto Rico. Cuki Bakehouse is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. We also cannot be held liable for packages marked as “delivered” that are subsequently lost.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges will apply for reshipping. Shipping fees will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations or denied access to delivery sites. Estimated delivery times do not factor in unforeseen weather-related delays that may affect shipping and arrival.
Cuki Bakehouse is also not liable for delays due to high volumes experienced by shipping companies.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and our inability to control their handling after delivery, Cuki Bakehouse does not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

All cancellations must be made at least 2 business days before the scheduled pick-up or shipping date. Once the preparation of your order has begun, no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be processed.
